At CROSS Jewelry, we want you to feel completely confident in your purchase. If you’re not satisfied, we’re here to help.

Return Window

You may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.

Conditions for Returns

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

  • Tags and product protection seals must remain intact.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, customized, personalized, and discounted items cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return Process

To start a return, please contact us at crossjewelry@gmail.com.
We’ll provide the correct return address and instructions.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived defective or incorrect.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days after the returned item is inspected.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please notify us within 72 hours of receipt with photos of the issue. We’ll replace or refund immediately.
